Internship at the Representation of the State of Bavaria in Montréal

For 25 years, we have been promoting mutual exchange between Bavaria and Québec, particularly in the areas of politics and administration, economic development, science and technology, education and youth, as well as culture and society. We are looking for you to support us in our ongoing tasks as an intern.
Your profile:
- Above-average French (at least level B2) and very good English skills, ideally having studied in a French-speaking country
- Native-level German skills
- Professional interest in Bavarian partnership projects in the fields of politics and administration, business, science, technology and the environment, culture, and society
- Ability to work professionally as a full member of a small team (work pace, precision, comprehension, independence, organizational skills, communication skills)
- Good general education, interest in public and economic life in Bavaria and Canada
- Preferably studies with an international focus
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Important: You must still be enrolled in a degree program.
The internship is paid at the Quebec minimum wage, and the weekly working hours are 40. After a short training period, you will usually be assigned your own areas of responsibility and projects.
We currently have a 6-month internship available starting in early September 2026.
