The Hanyang University (ERICA Campus) offers new opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students in science and engineering fields! The new Science & Engineering Scholarship Program (SESP) focuses on fostering world-class scholars in the field.

The successful applicants of the SESP Scholarship will study as undergraduate students at HYU ERICA for one year and receive a scholarship of 600,000 KRW (approx. 440 USD) with the university covering their tuition as well.

Should they choose to enroll in HYU’s integrated masters and doctoral program as a student afterwards, they will be eligible for a full scholarship as well as a monthly stipend of 800,000 KRW (approx. 590 USD) and a waived tuition.

• -Monthly stipend (KRW 600,000 for undergraduates, KRW 800,000 for graduate students)
• Guaranteed dormitory accommodation for up to two years in the graduate program

Eligibility:

• Non-Korean citizens
• Students in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program at a recognized university
• Minimum GPA of 85% (or 4.0 out of 4.5)
• English proficiency: TOEFL iBT 80 or IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent)
