The Tokyo Metropolitan University offers a 3-week summer program in 2024. The summer school’s main theme will be 道（Dō ）The Art of Japanese Language & Culture! The university offers different levels for students to join at their language level.

Duration:

• June 24 – July 12, 2024
  

Program Levels:

• Starter
  
• Elementary 1
• Elementary 2
  

Application period:

• February – March, 2024 (application process and form will be opened in March)
  

Fees:

• JPY 120,000 – 140,000 (approx. 760-870€)
  
• Includes: accommodation, education materials, and admission for field studies
• Not included: meals, airfare, insurance, transportation between accommodation and university, and daily expenses
• Tuition fee is waived!
• Successful applicants are expected to pay the program fee no later than end of April
  

3 students are permitted to join the summer school from each partner university!
