We are pleased that you have decided to study at the University of Bayreuth (UBT).

Please be aware that there are different types of classifications for students at UBT:

Exchange Students:  Students from one of the University of Bayreuth's partner universities who would like to complete a stay abroad in Bayreuth  
Degree Students: Students who would like to earn a university degree at UBT: teacher training course, course of study leading to a Diplom, state examination (law), Bachelor or Master
PhD Students:  Students who would like to complete a PhD at UBT
